The Company:

We are recruiting for a leading Website Management platform for global enterprises. Its powerful yet easy-to-use online dashboard transforms how marketing and technical teams work together to optimise the quality and compliance of their web properties and drive business growth.

The Role:

As Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll secure well qualified appointments with high-level decision makers from the world’s largest and most successful companies.

Using Salesforce to develop and maintain quality pre-sales data, you will identify decision-makers and contact them via phone to secure a meeting. This is a role that requires an articulate professional with hunter determination.

You will be a highly-motivated, technology-savvy sales professional with an excellent track record (2 years+) in lead generation and a determination to forge your career in this area. They provide training and development in selling skills and product knowledge, an excellent salary and benefits package and the opportunity to develop a career within a dynamic, supportive and growing organisation.

Your role will include the following:

  • Develop and nurture a pool of prospect accounts identified as ideal target customers, based on criteria such as size, industry, revenue, etc. These prospects are mainly Fortune 1000 companies
  • Build and maintain a contact list relevant to the business across multiple functions and levels in the organisation
  • Work with Account Management and Business Development teams to utilise and promote the relevant key value propositions
  • Connect with leads and develop a dialogue with them to understand their priorities and needs
  • Once a meeting has been arranged, provide hand over to the field sales team who will develop the opportunity and close the sale
  • Optimise use of Salesforce in tracking progress
  • Contribute to the further strategic success of our Business Development Team

The Person:

  • An excellent communicator with the drive, tenacity and sales ability to achieve business and personal success, you will bring the following:
  • 2 years’ experience in new B2B telemarketing with a strong track record of booking appointments with senior decision-makers of blue chip companies
  • Commitment to forging a successful career in lead generation
  • Understanding of internal business processes in large businesses
  • Degree-qualified with the ability to understand complex technical products
  • Experience of technical sales, including enterprise software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

If you have experience of the world of corporate websites, are fluent in a European language and have used Salesforce to manage your data we are especially keen to hear from you.
