The Company:

We are currently working with a globally renowned FMCG business that owns a portfolio of market leading brands. They are currently looking to exploit the huge opportunity that exists within digital to accelerate consumption of their products online and grow one of their most exciting business units.

The Role:

The primary purpose of the International E-Commerce Manager role is to drive the ongoing sales performance of this division making sure that the business maximises the incredible potential for growth.

The International E-Commerce Manager will:

• Play a lead role in launching product ranges on third party merchant sites.
• Optimise online assortment; distribution, product, pricing, pack size, unique SKUs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to deliver exceptional product content presentation.
• Improve brand presence online; digital assets, product tours, reviews, brand pages
• Drive sales conversion online with targeted eCommerce B2B shopper marketing
• Develop data analytics and insights capability to drive sales conversion online
• Identify and develop relevant consumer and/or shopper insights
• Provide leadership in the education of the wider organization of eCommerce marketplace
• Provide project and/or marketing leadership on innovation projects.
• Collaborate & coordinate with Global teams to assess future EMEA online expansion targets.

The Person:

We are looking for a heavyweight e-commerce manager with an excellent understanding of the retail and FMCG markets. You will have a deep understanding of online trading, site merchandising, content and product and be able to demonstrate the ability to drive sales and on site conversion. You will be commercially focussed, analytically strong and have exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills and ideally have some undertsanding of the B2B sector.

Salary: £60-65k + car allowance, bonus and benefits
