An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a highly-experienced and accomplished B2B digital marketing leader to join the leadership team.
The Role:
The key objective of the Head of Marketing is to support UK revenue growth of the Marketing Suite with major B2B digital marketing initiatives.
Success is measured across new revenue, retention and brand recognition/perception. Your initiatives will all be aimed at achieving exceptional levels of performance and you will have a significant budget available to help you achieve great results.
Leading a team of 10 marketers, you will be tasked with driving demand of the Marketing Suite. The bias will be towards up-sell and cross-sell activities, combined with generating leads for the sales team and arming them with the necessary tools to secure new enterprise level clients.
The Person:
It is essential you have seen success in a senior marketing role within Marketing Technology or Ad Technology.
You’ll understand the big picture, be able shape strategy and have a keen ability to execute with hands-on management of the detail - translating your strategies into first-class acquisition and relationship marketing programmes. You will be a skilled people leader, able to direct, motivate and empower your expanding team of ten to achieve consistent results and continuous improvement.
Customer focus and marketing technology are part of this company’s DNA, so it should be part of yours too. You should be digitally savvy and comfortable leading activity across all channels, excluding PR, to drive client and prospect engagement, lead generation and CRM.
