The Company:

Our client is a data driven MarTech provider who specialise in connecting businesses with their customers through a variety of digital channels, via their leading proprietary technology offering.

This is a hugely exciting business on a steep upward trajectory. They already have a significant International presence and enviable client base, and their plans for continued growth are impressive.

Since launching in 2011 they have regularly featured in and risen up the ranks of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50.

The new London office has seen equally impressive results and is set to expand even further in the coming months with significant headcount growth.

 

The Role:

They now require the services of an experienced Client Services Manager to take up a key leadership position.  You will direct the day to day management of an established portfolio of major brands and their digital performance marketing and lead generation campaigns, continually looking for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to optimise account revenue.

You will also be responsible for the management of their partner network, consisting of over 35 website owners and operators.

By working in a creative, transparent and results focused manner you will increase partner revenue whist maximising the returns clients are receiving from their campaigns.
You can anticipate lots of face time with clients, including some travel, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

The Person:

You will need to be an experienced and capable Client Services Manager who thrives on delivering outstanding outcomes for clients in the Digital sector.

To be successful in this role you will need to build strong senior level relationships with clients and manage the UK account service resources to ensure all work is delivered in a proactive, accurate and timely manner.

You should also be an accomplished people manager who can play an important part in the leadership and development of the account services team.
