As a business who mainly recruit very technical roles, the main challenges ThoughtWorks faced in recruitment were a lack of employer branding to Marketers, as well as the specific skill-sets they were looking to hire within their UK Marketing team.
How we helped:
Working closely with the Head of UK Marketing, we helped to shape the job descriptions and build suitable candidate profiles, based on the company’s needs. We then proactively headhunted industry-relevant Marketers across Demand Generation and Content Marketing, whilst educating them on why ThoughtWorks would be a suitable employer for them.
Throughout the lengthy interview processes, we kept candidates updated and aware of the next steps to ensure they were kept warm and to avoid any nasty surprises!
ThoughtWorks have successfully hired several candidates in to key roles throughout the UK Marketing team and we are now assisting the business with global requirements.
