The Company:

We are currently working on behalf of an exciting ad-tech SaaS business who have just rebranded following a significant step change in their product development and value proposition. They are now in high growth phase following significant VC investment. They have developed a suite of performance marketing tools to allow online retailers to target and acquire new customers through social platforms. With a host of E-Commerce brands already signed-up, they are now looking for a business development professional to join a high quality team in a vibrant working environment to help expand their already impressive client-base.

The Role:

The Business Development Manager is a dynamic and results-oriented individual responsible for identifying, selling and closing new SaaS sales with Ecommerce clients. This will be done via outbound calling and online marketing campaigns.

You will have direct responsibility for a personal quota and also ensure high levels of customer retention by providing quality feedback from client’s campaigns. You will be able to clearly articulate the value proposition to clients in a consultative but persuasive style. 

The Person:

It is essential you have current sales experience within ad technology. You will need to have a strong grasp of the fundamentals of online advertising processes and applicable technology.  You will be highly organised and able to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment. This is a business that moves at pace so you will need to possess a naturally entrepreneurial flair and flexible mind-set. Despite the laid back tech environment, you will be surrounded by highly ambitious, intelligent and successful people and this you will be like minded.
