The Company:

We are working on behalf of a market-leading consumer focused brand, renowned for innovation and growth. Driven by improving the lives of consumers and communities, they are constantly adapting their product offering and services. They are currently looking for a Digital Retention Manager to work on a 6 month fixed term contract.

The Role:

As the Digital Retention Manager, you will be responsible for managing the execution of the day to day retention programme to ensure the smooth running of all retention campaigns from email and SMS to push notifications. You will manage and monitor all outbound retention campaigns and ensure that campaigns arrive on time, achieving a high deliverability rate.  You will also manage the development roadmap to ensure the new contact strategy can be executed on the current email platform and highlight appropriate timings and constraints.

This role will be responsible for managing the set-up of push notification system ensuring the correct monitoring platform is in place to ensure campaigns are executed on time. You will manage the training programme for this new touch point to ensure your team is up-to-speed and can execute campaigns.

The Person:

We are looking for candidates with experience of managing the execution of multiple retention campaigns on a weekly basis.  You must have strong experience in using email platforms as well as a superior knowledge of ISPs, deliverability and data management. It is important that you have in-depth experience of executing campaigns with complex, trigger-based programmes set-up and not just newsletter-type communications.
