We are looking for a highly successful sales leader with experience in SaaS and web technology.  

This is a new role as a result of a major expansion of a strategically important division. 

The Role:

Operating in a fast-moving environment, you will have full responsibility of your performance and achieving wider business and team objectives. You will need to take the lead in strategic projects that will drive business growth and shape future growth.

The successful candidate will own and lead new business development in new verticals, consisting primarily of tier 1 retailers and large complex deals. You will also lead a team six who are focused on lower tiered retail clients. You will be accountable for driving, measuring and reporting on performance levels to ensure outstanding performance. 

The Person:

Experience selling web based/SaaS propositions are a MUST for this role.  

You should also possess a strong interest in eCommerce and have a broad understanding of how the sector is structured, movers and shakers and so forth. Beyond that we are looking to a great track record of managing high value, enterprise level deals. You will be naturally high energy in your approach and be prepared to roll your sleeves up and dig deep to achieve results.

This is a leadership role so naturally we will want to see great people management skills supported strong successful examples.
