The Client:

My client, a recognised name in international travel, operates in over 100 countries. With a portfolio of world renowned brands, they are able to offer an assortment of economical and premium services. As part of their continued global growth, they are now looking for a Digital Content Manager to support their EU activity.

The Role:

As the Digital Content Manager, you’ll support the brand and commercial campaigns and content initiatives through digital channels. You will play a leading role in managing the development of campaigns & content initiatives for online marketing channels through the implementation of appropriate workflows and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategy
• Oversee multiple multi-channel campaigns
• Educate internal stakeholders and their agencies on processes and best practices
• Help to increase response rates and profitability
• Ensure all assets are developed as per digital guidelines
• Ensure the customer journey is streamlined & optimal
• Analyse campaigns and provide advice on improving marketing effectiveness

The Person:

This role requires a digital-savvy content marketer with a strong commercial understanding. You will have prior experience of delivering content strategies for large transactional websites and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A broader understanding of digital marketing is hugely advantageous, as is previous exposure to the travel sector. You must already have the right to live and work in the UK.
