The Company:

We are working with a global Financial Services business with a strong portfolio of brands and products. They have recently won numerous industry awards and aim to continue their success through the recruitment of a number of key roles, including this Digital Proposition Delivery Specialist position.

The Role:

This role will work across all areas of the business to deliver and embed the digital experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

This is a key role responsible for accelerating the pace of transformative change within the business in order to achieve the successful delivery of the multichannel agenda. You will identify and lead the implementation of E-Commerce initiatives, outside of the change plan, to deliver the strategic E-Commerce proposition. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing the E-Commerce proposition by taking responsibility for individually assimilating a high number of sources of data
• Influencing the strategic direction of the E-Commerce proposition
• Developing a continuous framework to incorporate target market, competitor and industry insight, trends and activity into the E-Commerce agenda
• Critically assessing and robustly challenging existing working practices, providing a more solid basis for decision making and action
• Taking ownership of and independently interrogating, assessing and driving action for projects, initiatives and special areas as required
• Working with the E-Commerce team to understand current online performance in line with business plan expectations, to understand the impacts and as a result make any amendments required to achieve delivery of the strategic E-Commerce proposition
• Supporting delivery of the business performance and operating plans

The Person:

We are looking for a commercially-minded individual who is passionate about all things E-Commerce, as well as a keen desire to work with digital channel data. A solid knowledge of E-Commerce technology is imperative. This role comes with a large amount of responsibility, so you must be comfortable with taking ownership and managing projects independently. Financial Services experience would be preferable.
