The Company

We are currently working with a huge FMCG business that owns a portfolio of market leading brands. They are currently looking to exploit the huge opportunity that exists within digital to accelerate consumption online provide unique value to shoppers to drive long-term loyalty.

The Role:

The primary purpose of the E-Commerce National Account Manager role is to lead the strategic planning and drive sales of the company products online through specific third party merchant sites.

The E-Commerce National Account Manager will:
 

• Play a lead role in developing strategic plans to drive sales and profit across all product categories.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to deliver exceptional product content presentation.
• Improve brand presence online; digital assets, product tours, reviews, brand pages
• Drive sales conversion online with targeted E-Commerce shopper marketing
• Develop data analytics and insights capability to drive sales conversion online
• Identify and develop relevant consumer and/or shopper insights
• Provide leadership in the education of the wider organization of E-Commerce marketplace
• Collaborate & coordinate with Global teams to assess future EMEA online expansion targets

The Person:

We are looking for a talented and capable E-Commerce National Account Manager with an excellent understanding of the retail and FMCG markets.  You will have a deep understanding of site merchandising, content and product and be able to demonstrate the ability to drive sales and on site conversion.  You will be commercially focussed, analytically strong and have exceptional account, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: £45-55k + car allowance, bonus and extensive benefits package
