Our client is one of the world’s leading FTSE businesses who have performed at a phenomenal level over the last few years. They provide a range of digital marketing solutions into both the B2C and B2B markets in almost 100 countries.

Their Social Media division provides an ads management platform designed with two goals in mind; driving performance and saving time for clients. Combined with the team’s high level of knowledge and skill within Social, it makes for a compelling proposition to get the very best from their campaigns across Facebook, twitter and Linkedin.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join a leading team. By joining, the successful candidate will benefit from years of collective industry experience.

We require an enthusiastic and astute individual with experience in Digital and/or Social Media to fill an immediately available vacancy.

The Role:

This role sits within the client services team and has a dual focus of supporting Account Directors as well as working individually in an effort to drive revenue and exceed client expectations. 

The client services team acts as the main point of contact for clients, many of which are internationally recognised brands, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of all campaigns and projects. Further to this they will be required to learn and understand the SaaS management platform so they are able to provide expert advice to clients using the interface.     

The Person:

We are looking for an exceptionally well structured Account Manager with a well-rounded knowledge of Digital.  

You will be a confident communicator across all levels and disciplines, possess great time management skills and the ability to prioritise where necessary. This is a fast paced environment so you should thrive when under pressure.

A key differentiator for our client is their service levels so we really need candidates with a genuine passion for Online Marketing and particularly Social.
