Are you a strategic e-commerce expert, with previous experience in growing e-commerce sites?

We are currently working with a huge FMCG business that owns a portfolio of market leading brands. They have embarked on an exciting journey of digital transformation, globally. They are looking to hire a talented Senior E-Commerce Manager to drive traffic, revenue and conversion and ensure they can build on, and expand beyond, their established foundations and expertise in the digital domain. 

Leading a team of reports, you will be tasked with devising the e-commerce strategy to drive increased volumes of traffic to the site and to ensure that traffic to the site is converting in to online sales. You will optimise the user journey to ensure customers can get to what they want easily and efficiently. You will also manage the on-site merchandising and be responsible for regular site changes/updates. Fully responsible for the P&L, you will run web analytics projects to fully understand what needs to improve or change in order to maximise revenue through the site.

We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager who has a demonstrable track record in driving significant growth through the online channel. You must have experience in dealing with transactional websites and be comfortable with agency management. An understanding of all aspects of e-commerce is key, particularly E-mail & eCRM, SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Site Merchandising, Content Management and Web Analytics etc. It is important that you understand the commercial elements of running an online business and are able to present where you have previously produced an excellent return on investment.
