Our client is an award winning and highly successful Digital Agency with an enviable client list of international brands in their portfolio.  Their expertise spans all aspects of Digital from Mobile & Social Media Strategy, Digital Campaigns and Creative to User Experience, Mobile App Development and Web Design & Development.  They are looking to hire a talented Senior Account Director lead the strategic direction and development of key accounts.


The Senior Account Director will:

• Take ownership and overall responsibility for the strategy, operation, delivery, growth and performance of key established and emerging accounts.
• Work to position the business as a leading digital agency and partner to all accounts.
• Manage and develop relationships at a senior level with all key accounts in order to fully understand client requirements and further develop the accounts and subsequent revenues.
• Work with the New Business Development team on proposals and face to face pitches.
• Demonstrate your thought leadership and digital knowledge.
• Provide support to junior members of the Client Services Team.
• Set monthly, quarterly and yearly financial stretch targets and ensure that these are delivered across all accounts with the support of your team.
• Set up and run, quarterly client reviews to ensure client satisfaction and that the client’s digital strategy is being implemented and objectives achieved.
• Handle conflict resolution and be able to act as the senior point of contact.

The successful candidate will be a highly talented and enthusiastic Senior Account Director with proven experience in leading teams and managing high profile and high value clients.  You will demonstrate the credibility and gravitas to operate at a senior level both internally and externally and have exceptional relationship and team management skills.  The Senior Account Director will be well versed on digital trends and social technologies and have a deep knowledge of all things digital.
