Their SaaS based Digital Marketing technology empowers marketers to create more personalised and engaging online customer experiences, resulting in stronger customer relationships and significantly higher conversion rates and profits.

Due to phenomenal success in 2013 culminating in a record Q3, they are now embarking on a major expansion programme to support the continued expected rapid growth in 2014.  

They have created a new Solutions Engineer role to work with a portfolio of high-profile online businesses. 

We are looking for an exceptionally high calibre individual with deep knowledge of the online and e-tail industry.

You will work with a team Market Developers and Sales Directors in account planning, requirements gathering, demonstration and proof of concept deliverables. The Solutions Engineering team fills the traditional role of the pre-sales product advocate and, as representatives of a leading brand in an emerging market, you are also expected to confidently evangelise on behalf of the technology in the field.

The solution engineer is a key member of our sales organisation. The role requires an understanding of the browser environment as it relates to digital properties. Key to your success will be the ability to show our clients unique and powerful optimisation technology via curated demonstrations to prospective partners. Additionally a general understanding of the digital marketing and engagement will help the applicant convey how this technology will allow them to accelerate digital revenue opportunities.

You will have a minimum of 5 years + experience selling E-Commerce, Marketing and Merchandising tools to enterprise-level business and technical audiences.

It is essential you are technically competent in web design’s associated languages and protocols, SaaS topologies and AJAX technologies. 
We are looking for that unique blend of skills, a strong technical background combined with a strong sales focus and the ability to speak passionately and confidently who is able to convey complex concepts to diverse business audiences.

Salary: £55-£65k basic (possible flexibility) + £25,000 Variable + Excellent Benefits
