Our client is one of the world's largest integrated online marketing companies. They are now looking to hire a new Account Director who will be responsible for managing a high performing business unit and team of Account Managers.

As Account Director you will be part of a specialist sales team focused managing a portfolio of major branded clients via a team of skilled Account Managers.
You will need to be able to hit the ground running quickly, so you will have proven success in a similar Account Management role within Digital. Direct product knowledge is not necessary; however, experience and in-depth knowledge of a performance based channel, driven by a CPC or CPA model would certainly be advantageous.
You will also be educated to degree level and it would be advantageous if you have a business related or marketing degree.
Your strength is in building lasting relationships with key contacts, being creative in your approach to offering exceptional service whilst being an outstanding people manager.
You will possess an engaging, natural, empathetic communication style which is key to achieving your goals. Success in this role involves driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others; results are only achieved with and through your colleagues.
You are comfortable with developing relationships with multiple stakeholders within your key accounts, writing proposals and presentations, helping to lead pitches with the Sales team, as well as managing expectations internally and externally. You will be expected to develop a well-rounded understanding of the technical capabilities of the platform to provide clients with sufficient insight during the sales process. The role involves a wide variety of tasks and the goals and requirements can often change quickly. Your ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt is critical to your success.

Salary: £40-45,000 + £12,000 Bonus (un-capped) + Package
