Our client provides the leading marketing platform for online and multi-channel retailers to drive revenue through email, mobile and social campaigns. Over 1000 organisations in the US rely on their software to increase revenue through interactive marketing.

They believe there are two main reasons for this – one is that they fill an important need within the multichannel commerce market. They have launched their London office in early 2012 which is already experiencing impressive demand.

To support this growth they are now looking for an Account Manager for the EMEA region.  

Working from the Central London office, you will be responsible for managing current European clients. This is a farming position that entails nurturing client relationships to renew and increase revenue from these accounts.

You will be expected to negotiate and close client renewals; upsell and cross-sell where appropriate whilst building and strengthening relationships at multiple levels within a range of Ecommerce clients.   
We are seeking professionals who are outgoing, articulate and technically proficient. Ideally you will be degree educated and have experience working as an Account Management in a SaaS environment.

Naturally, you will possess a positive demeanour, be self-motivated and be highly driven to succeed.

Fluency in another language would be advantageous.
