Our client provides the leading marketing platform for online and multi-channel retailers to drive revenue through email, mobile and social campaigns. Over 1000 organisations in the US rely on their software to increase revenue through interactive marketing.

They have launched their London office in early 2012 which is already experiencing impressive demand.
To support this growth they are now looking for a Sales Engineer for the EMEA region.           

The Sales Engineer will be the key technical resource and product advocate for the European team. This individual will help educate prospects and customers on the benefits of the platform and will assist in all aspects of the sales cycle where necessary. The Sales Engineer must be able to translate business challenges into technical solutions while articulating technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. This position will be responsible for explaining and demonstrating technical functionality to prospects and customers, as well as training their regional team on product enhancements and releases. Additionally, the sales engineer will take on local technical support responsibilities for European customers including driving customer satisfaction and retention through amazing customer service and providing application support, troubleshooting and customer education via three support channels (phone, web & online chat).  
You will degree educated with 5 years’ experience in Sales Engineering or Technical support within web-based software as a Service applications.

Prior experience delivering product demonstrations to all levels including C-Level Executives and a proven track record of consistent goal attainment are key to securing this hugely exciting position.
