We are currently working with a huge FMCG business that owns a portfolio of market leading brands. They are currently looking to exploit the huge opportunity that exists within digital to accelerate consumption both on-line and in-store and provide unique value to shoppers to drive long-term loyalty.

The primary purpose of the E-Commerce Trading Manager role is to lead the strategy and execute the launch of the company products online and through third party merchant sites.

Responsibilities:
 

• Play a lead role in launching product ranges on third party merchant sites.
• Optimise online assortment; distribution, product, pricing, pack size, unique SKUs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to deliver exceptional product content presentation.
• Improve brand presence online; digital assets, product tours, reviews, brand pages
• Drive sales conversion online with targeted eCommerce shopper marketing
• Develop data analytics and insights capability to drive sales conversion online
• Identify and develop relevant consumer and/or shopper insights
• Provide leadership in the education of the wider organization of eCommerce marketplace
• Provide project and/or marketing leadership on innovation projects.
• Collaborate & coordinate with Global teams to assess future EMEA online expansion targets.

We are looking for a talented and capable e-commerce manager with an excellent understanding of the retail and FMCG markets.  You will have a deep understanding of site merchandising, content and product and be able to demonstrate the ability to drive sales and on site conversion.  You will be commercially focussed, analytically strong and have exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills.
