Affiliate Marketing Manager

Our client is one of the UK’s best known premium retailers renowned for their commitment to quality.  As part of an on-going expansion of their digital & e-commerce teams they are looking to hire a talented Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive the profitable acquisition of customers through the Affiliate channel. 

Responsibilities:

• Developing and pro-actively managing the primary affiliate marketing program
• Regular communication with affiliate network representative to ensure a prominent level of network exposure and are up to date with any developments
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing key affiliates through face-to-face meetings, email and telephone communication
• Ongoing program analysis, identifying areas of growth or new opportunity
• Plan and brief creative requirements
• Proactively providing recommendations to incentivise both affiliates and end customers

You must have experience across a range of online media types, be commercially-minded with strong relationship-building and negotiating skills and be a good self-starter.  We are looking for someone who has significant experience in managing an affiliate programme in-house or through an affiliate network.
