The Company:

Our client is one of the UK’s best known premium retailers renowned for their commitment to quality.  As part of an on-going expansion of their digital & e-commerce teams they are looking to hire a talented Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive the profitable acquisition of customers through the Affiliate channel. 

The Role:

• Develop and pro-actively manage the primary affiliate marketing program
• Communicate regularly with affiliate network representatives to ensure a prominent level of network exposure and are up to date with any developments
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing key affiliates through face-to-face meetings, email and telephone communication
• Provide ongoing program analysis, identifying areas of growth or new opportunity
• Plan and brief creative requirements
• Proactively provide recommendations to incentivise both affiliates and end customers
• Proactively provide the online marketing budget

The Person:

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager who has experience gained from agency, network or client side.  You will demonstrate a deep knowledge of the Affiliate channel along with a good understanding of all other online marketing channels.  You will be commercially-minded with strong relationship-building and negotiating skills, be self-sufficient and possess excellent analytical skills.
